Ambassador of Iyengar yoga, world-renowned senior teacher and close disciple of BKS Iyengar,
Jawahar Bangera returns to Calgary this spring.
A rare opportunity to study with an expert teacher who has masterful insights into practice techniques and its principles. Jawahar will explore how the practice touches the various layers of a human being from the physical to the spiritual realms. His teaching embodies spirit, kindness and humour.
Jawahar has been a student of iyengar yoga since 1969 and accompanied b.k.s. Iyengar on many of his workshops around the world.
he travels the world teaching and is A trustee of the Light On Yoga Research Trust that runs two centres for in-person sessions and one online.
